Payments are accepted via Direct Bank Transfer.

By engaging with our services, you acknowledge acceptance of the terms and conditions. Furthermore, you agree to allow EOTPMUSIC Ltd to process your personal data for the purpose of handling your inquiry and, if applicable, for the processing of any future contract conclusions. This consent can be revoked at any time by sending an email, with the only effect being on future data processing. You acknowledge that revoking your consent will not affect the legitimacy of data processed in the past.

§1 EOTPMUSIC Ltd hereby grants End User a non-exclusive, non-sublicenseable, non-transferable license to access the EOTPMUSIC Website, solely in object code format, solely during the Term, and solely for internal, non-commercial purposes.

§2 These General Terms shall become effective on the day End User first accesses the EOTPMUSIC Website (the “Effective Date”) and shall continue in full force and effect unless and until these General Terms are terminated.

§3 This Agreement will terminate automatically without notice from EOTPMUSIC Ltd if End User fails to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement. In addition, EOTPMUSIC LTD may terminate this Agreement at any time, for any reason effective immediately.

§4 All rights to the EOTPMUSIC, EOTPMUSIC LTD, EDGE OF THE POSSIBILITY names are reserved.

§5 All rights to the EOTPMUSIC LTD & EDGE OF THE POSSIBILITY & KRZYSZTOF KESSLER logos are reserved.

§6 By accessing EOTPMUSIC Website, the End User gives consent for collection of cookies.

§7 EOTPMUSIC LTD may change the General Terms at its sole discretion. If EOTPMUSIC LTD changes the General Terms, then they will make a new copy available at www.eotpmusic.com. End User’s use of the EOTPMUSIC Website is subject to the most version of the General Terms that are in effect at the time of such use.
